c) Call our customer service department at 1-888-288-5788 and they will enroll you over the phone.

Q: When can I start collecting Points?

A: You start collecting points when you complete your first purchase at a SunClub Partner location.

Q: Will my Points ever expire?

A: No, your points do not expire.

Q: What do I do if I lose my card?

A: Call us at 1-888-288-5788 or e-mail us at info@sunclubrewards.com as soon as you are aware your card is missing. It will be immediately cancelled and a new card will be re-issued.

Q: How many Points per dollar do I earn?

A: You receive 1 Point for each dollar purchased. Each point is worth $.015 in redemption value.500 Points=$7.50 5000 Points =$75.00. Plus Bonus Point Offers will increase the reward value.

Q: Is there an annual fee or service charge?

A: No, your membership is FREE at all times and there are NO costs to you when redeeming your Points.

Q: How quickly are my points credited to my account?

A: As soon as a SunClub Partner swipes your SunClub Membership Card, at time of purchase, your points are immediately credited to your account and you will receive a receipt with your updated point balance.
